1. Scope of Services
This website enables the purchase of video tutorials for learning accordion playing, as well as booking individual lessons.
All tutorials are digital content accessible through a user account.
Lessons are conducted individually, according to pre-arranged schedules.
2. Purchase and Access
After a successful purchase, the user is granted access to the purchased tutorial through their account.
Access is unlimited in time and is strictly linked to the buyer’s account.
The buyer is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and must not share their account with others.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, once the purchase is completed and access to the tutorial is granted, refunds are not possible.
By making a purchase, you explicitly agree to this condition.
4. Usage Rights
Purchased content is intended for personal use only.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- sharing content with third parties
- distributing, copying, or reselling content
- public display without permission
5. Content Protection
All website content is protected by copyright.
Any misuse or unauthorized use may result in:
- termination of access
- legal action
6. Terms for Individual Lessons
Lessons are scheduled in advance in agreement with the instructor.
After payment is completed, the instructor will contact the user to arrange a schedule.
The recommended lesson frequency is 1 to 2 lessons per week.
It is not allowed to compress multiple lessons into a short period without prior agreement.
Lesson cancellation must be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
Otherwise, the lesson will be considered as held.
Lesson packages have a limited validity period:
- Package of 5 lessons: 30 days
- Package of 10 lessons: 60 days
Unused lessons after the expiration date are not carried over.
7. Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer.
- Payments from Serbia are made in RSD (Serbian dinars)
- Payments from abroad are made in EUR (euros)
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD).
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.
The amount for which your payment card account will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which may differ from the rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
8. Data Privacy
User personal data (name, email, phone number) is used solely for service delivery and communication.
Data will not be shared with third parties.
9. Liability
Users access and use the content at their own responsibility.
The website owner does not guarantee results, but provides educational material intended for learning and improvement.
10. Changes to Terms
The website owner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
